Manuelo's Restaurant wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible. It has been built to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA as closely as practical.

Text and interface colours checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios
Every interactive element reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline
A skip link to jump straight to the main content
Descriptive alternative text on images, and decorative graphics hidden from screen readers
Form fields with associated labels and clear error messages
The image viewer can be operated with the keyboard, including arrow keys and Escape
Animation is reduced automatically when your device requests reduced motion
Comfortable tap target sizes on mobile

Known limitations

Some photography on this site was supplied at a low resolution and may appear soft on large screens. This is a picture quality issue rather than an accessibility barrier, and higher resolution images will replace them as they become available.
