Manuelo's is a casual dining restaurant in Nassau serving fresh, flavourful and satisfying meals in a welcoming atmosphere. From Bahamian seafood and signature salads to handcrafted burgers, pasta and catering selections, every dish is prepared with care.
The name says most of it. Lettuce Eat Fresh is not a slogan the kitchen borrowed, it is how the menu is built. Salads sit at the front of the menu rather than the back. Conch, lobster and shrimp are treated as the local ingredients they are. Vegetables get the same attention as the steak.
It is a place built for ordinary weekdays and for the days that matter: a quick lunch off Soldier Road, a long table for a birthday, a tray of food carried into an office or a church hall. The food travels, and so does the standard.
Fresh ingredients
Salads sit at the front of the menu. Produce, seafood and herbs are treated as the point of the plate, not the garnish.
